It is a polyester but very silky feeling. Looks great on the wall. I used dbl sided sticky wall tape, pulled taught and secured . Looks nice

Hi! Sorry I won’t be able to answer this question because I never received this item. I had to get my refund back because they claimed it was delivered at my front door and it wasn’t. The shipping company they used was Laser Shipment and that shipping company has horrible service.
