Could you please tell me the exact height of this pan and also the length of the cooking base?

The height of the pan is 5cms and the flat base cooking area is approximately 17cms but then archers up gently 3.5 cms all around. Very thick light but not flimsy gets to temperature fast cooks great easy to clean. Perfect for bir curry cooks 1 large portion or 2 medium portions.

Is it necessary to season (seal) this pan before use?

I didn’t, it’s aluminium and I think oiling and sealing is more for heavy based metal pans. maybe not the right person to ask as I stick mine in the dishwasher too and they’ve survived….

is this dishwasher safe?is it suitable for electric stove?

Yes dishwasher safe. Yes on electric hob but NOT induction.

How many portions would I fit in this pan

I’d say this size is more suited for 2 portions. You could fit 4 I reckon but would probably get messy. If you’re cooking for more than 2 people I’d recommend going a size bigger.
