Best phone ever.
This is the best phone I have ever had or have ever used. Now some people think that Windows Phones are awful but that is only because they were very bad before. The only thing people really have a problem with is that is doesn't have Snapchat, Snapchat is why people don't buy these phones. But that is very stupid. There is an official Instagram app and some great alternatives that are better than the official app. If you are willing to give up Snapchat than you will realize how wonderful WPs are. Please don't let the fact that some apps aren't on Windows Mobile. Also if you are going to get the phone please remember to update it a lot of people I see with Windows Phones are still running Windows Mobile 8 so please go into the app store and search Windows Insider than select fast. Then you will have the best mobile operating system ever. (In my opinion). So now to the phone itself, The phone has a great design and a very compact build. The back is very easy to take off and when you have the back on it feels attached. A lot of people think the phone feels cheap but to me it feels simple. Honestly I think iPhones are really over rated and over priced and Windows Phones are great for business and a little fun.To compare Windows Mobile to iOS I would honestly say that the only reason iPhones are more popular because of Apples 1 phone a year thing while Microsoft puts out multiple devices in a year which in my opinion is great because it gives people like us more of a choice in what we are looking for. So to put an end to this review I just want to say this phone is amazing and would not wish for any other device.

Perfect, with 2 qualifications
This phone certainly isn't for everyone, but with two qualifications, it definitely is for many. One, this is neither an Android nor Apple device, so you're not going to get those popular apps. And two, if you're not reasonably adept with the start screen tiles on Windows 10, the messy home screen that you get out of the box can be very unappealing.Fortunately, I can live without Android/Apple apps, and I know Windows 10 quite well, so this phone is a slam dunk for me. Notice the cluttered mess of different-size tiles on the screen in the ad--it looks like my teenage son's bedroom. But the tiles can be sized 3 ways, and once you learn to keep those you want, remove those you don't, and size them as you like, you can have a very neat and functional home screen, as in my attached photo. It gets better. The navigation is super easy. Answer an incoming call with one swipe and a tap, even when the phone is locked (my old Android phone took 4 actions). Start and listen to a voicemail with a single tap. There's a clear and functional layout for texting. Great camera, although you'll probably want to install a micro-SD card if you're going to save a lot of pictures, and definitely with videos. The good news is, that's quite easy; it doesn't require a visit to the phone store.Bottom line: superb choice if you meet the 2 qualifications stated above. But if you're like the average smart phone guy/gal who absolutely cannot live without the latest app from the i-store or Google, you'll happier with one of their phones, if you can afford one.

BUYER BEWARE!
This phone was NOT NEW! Not only were there scratches on it and it was repackaged horribly, but the phone was kind enough to Welcome me Back as if I'd owned it before. Come to find out after purchasing it and having received it USED, I learned you probably won't have an easy time finding this phone brand new anymore. The truth is, had they been honest about the fact this phone was USED they could never sold it for the 115$ bucks they're charging. To be honest I wanted to keep this phone bad enough tho that I was willing to possibly over look the misrepresentation of the phone being NEW, BUT Sadly I had nothing but Problems with it. I literally wasted a day of my life trying to get this stinking phone to do what other phones just come by naturally, like download apps etc. Through some more research I found that Unfortunately because they're no longer making windows phones there is no longer the support of windows mobile that includes windows 8 and 10! HUGE PROBLEM there trust me that makes these phones fairly useless for anything beyond phone calls. Of the already very limited app selection most of them are no longer being supported either so they don't work or can't be had at all! WOW! What a nightmare! I loved my original windows phone and hoped to love this one too, but that was not the case.

Lumia 640 XL

The error code is 0x80072EE7, in case you need it". "Try again later".
