I upgraded to the Slumberdown Cool Summer Nights Double Duvet (4.5 Tog) when I got a king-size bed, having previously used the single version. As someone who sleeps very hot, this has been a fantastic change. I've used other Slumberdown quilts in the past, but I would often overheat quickly. Since switching to the 4.5 Tog, I've been sleeping much cooler throughout the night.This duvet is lightweight and perfect for warmer weather. It provides just the right amount of warmth without causing me to wake up sweating. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to stay cool and comfortable during the summer or winter months

good value for money item

Nice and thin duvet in my opinion doesn't help me 100% with night sweats I sleep with my window open every night no matter the weather and I also had duvet on me but one night I woke up wet through sweating I now have my cooling blanket under the duvet next to me to prevent sweating
