This Tablet is amazing, I use it for work and I have not have any issues with it, screen it large enough where I can watch movies and show when I am on the go. Battery do not last as long as I would want it to but i also have my charger. The touch screen function just right. I am looking to get the surface pro 8 soon

My Surface Pro 4 was coming up on six years and was down to about 1.5 hours of battery life. I bought this as a replacement and I am happy with the purchase. The battery life isn't world-beating, but it is still pretty good. The performance is vastly improved. The new hardware and updated Core I5 provide fast wake-up and facial recognition. The quality, power, and portability are still there - and those are the things that attracted me to Surface Pro originally. You NEED the type cover. It has always struck me as a marvel of engineering. It is a satisfying typing experience in a very small package. The backlit keys are also appreciated. The pen is less important for most people, although annotating your slides when presenting can be useful - and cool. I use mine rarely, but I am not an artist. Overall, this is a solid system that I have no qualms about recommending to those who want a top-shelf Windows tablet.

It would of got 5 stars if I wouldn't of had to reinstall windows 11 because the Bluetooth didnt work the usbs didnt work the oem keyboard case that I bought didnt work... every driver was either corrupted or missing. If youre not tech savvy or have someone that is dont buy. Overall battery health has been okay didnt arrive scratched up and came with a charger.

Appeared to be in decent shape when I received it. Very clean, could hardly tell it was pre-owned/"renewed." That said, three months later... it's dead. Price was good... but not for three months. Had to completely replace it. I'd say that "Amazon Renewed" isn't a very smart buy.

Loved it when I got it (v7 at time when v10 just came out at 4x the cost), seemed like it had all the bells and whistles I could want, except a rubber case that would survive a 3 foot slide onto the floor while listening making breakfast

I had a surface before this one. I only replaced it because it was stuck in an endless update loop (other surface owners know how fun that is) so I had to replace it. This one has a different charging port which I am thankful for since the magnetic one was a pain. Runs well, was in good shape, was easy to set up and use, I love the touch screen, considering it was refurbished it looked brand new. The battery life is about what you expect on a tablet so there’s nothing to complain about. Overall, I love it.

Out of the box, it could not Sleep or Hibernate. If the screen timed out, the computer would lock and a hard reboot would be required. Because my wife had already loaded her accounts into the computer, the idea of returning it to an untrusted source was of the table. That data will remain, even after a factory reset. Once we paid for repairs at a local place, it worked properly. Battery life is mediocre, the tablet is ok, but is already outdated.

I like to think I take good care of my things, and I was especially careful with this tablet because I got it as a gift to myself following some especially difficult life events and to make upcoming difficult life events more tolerable. But I turned around for a moment to watch a TikTok video my brother wished to show me and my cat knocked it off the coffee table. It was not even a three foot drop but the screen broke badly. And, guess what? A replacement screen costs almost as much as the entire unit, in part because tariffs have made replacement screens prohibitively expensive. In an especially sick twist of events the case I'd gotten for it arrived the next day. I'm not certain if my unit was faulty due to after market parts or if it's just the Surface Pro 7 in general but definitely be prepared to wrap this thing in cotton wool and cradle it like a dying infant or it will self-destruct at the mildest inconvenience. It also came with Windows 11 rather than 10, which was quite annoying. My brave little soldier does still work, but for my purposes I'll probably have to spend money I do not have getting another one.

El equipo tras unos días probandolo regularmente, no presento problema alguno. Los desgastes d uso q traian en pantalla y en algunas son minimos. Lo esperado. Muy satisfecho con la compra.

Product arrived in professional packaging, wrapped in plastic if it was to be brought brand new. very well refurbished as if it was brand new. The product works very well as if it was bought straight from the store. quick responsive. I purchased third party keyboard pen and Arc mouse and all three work very well. It does come with windows 10 but easily upgraded to windows 11. Battery life is great as I updated everything including the OS and my battery didn't flinch using about a 1/4 battery every 2 hours so im excited to see how long it lasts when on normal non heavy use. only negative was that the product took quite a while to arrive but this was not due to the seller as it would be more of a shipping issue. definately recommend

Tardó mucho en llegar, y la devolví casi de inmediato pues se sobrecalienta tanto que ni siquiera la podía sostener en mis manos, incluso recién encendida. Reconozco que en cuanto la regresé, Amazon canceló la deuda en mi tarjeta de crédito por la compra, pero el problema fue el pago del envío. Para devolverla tuve que pagar el envío por paqueteria a EUA porque es producto importado, y me costó $1905 pesos mexicanos (equivalentes a 92 USD dólares americanos). Primero Amazon me dijo que sólo me reembolsaría 400 pesos mexicanos (19 USD) por concepto del envío, y cuando mandé las facturas para comprobar que el costo era mucho mayor me dijeron que me reembolsarían todo a mi tarjeta, pero al final solamente me dieron un cupón para seguir comprando, y dejaron de contestarme cuando reclamé. En verdad no recomiendo para nada ni el producto ni el servicio.
