Excellent for hard rolling.

This review is for a TheraBand Roller Massager. It is a simple tool that can have great benefits to tired muscles. The handle can be used as a "pressure point" device, while the roller itself is a wonderful way to massage and relieve stress. As seen in the pictures, the roller has ripples or waves along it's surface to help massage out body aches and pains. You can use it yourself, on thighs and hips or arms, or have another person use it to work on your back etc. Decent price. It works wonders! Great product

I really like thatbrhis roller is a high density foam vs hard plastic rollers. I find the typical material to be a bit too intense, and painful. Great that it can be compacted down. But only 4 stars, because the springs that keep the handles in place, tend to "bounce" in and out when you are rolling. They also make a weird springy noise. I think i would rather have the standard theraband roller, that has fixed handles

Works well with hamstring issues I

I really like this roller, but I'm struggling to get past that is doesn't roll well. It's has ruined a brand new pair of my Tommy John loungers... And anyone that knows TJohn's, k knows they're not cheap. My brand new pair as an xmas gift now has pulls in them from this roller. It grabs the cloth and doesn't roll smooth. I tried on my bare leg, and it stuck to my skin as well. Although, it was better. It only seems to work well with thick sweats. The pros are that it's small, does the job, and has nice cushioning so you don't feel like you're using a kitchen roller (how I started my PT). Bummer that you can't find the original anywhere. That has better rollability reviews and it's what my Physical Therapist uses in me.

Easy & effective to use

Es una buena herramienta para la práctica diaria, es muy práctico usarlo en músculos grandes como cuadriceps e isquiotibiales, te ahorras todo el trabajo de usar tus manos directamente para descontracturar. Pros: ahorras energía, se puede hacer un masaje profundo, es compacto. Contras: el agarre no es muy bueno, no se adapta bien a las manos, abrir y cerrar las agarraderas no es muy intuitivo. Si buscas algo portátil y práctico esta es tu opción. Si no lo vas a transportar, y lo vas a usar para una clínica o lugar fijo, recomiendo el otro modelo.

Physiotherapist suggested a roller to use at home for fashia release on my thigh. This product works well for that purpose. The handles twist down for easy storage too. Product came with manufacturer’s directions.
