Bought this for a friend for her 70th birthday but snuck a peek at a couple sections and really enjoyed it

As an avid reader I enjoy soaking up knowledge. Although some of the contributors in this book had thoughtful, helpful and interesting ideas on ageing, many simply imparted somewhat egotistical experiences which would not be relevant to others. I would not recommend this book for that reason.

Cover of the "new" book arrived damaged like it was used. Not happy to have to gift something in that condition but didn't have time to reorder.
