This adjustable Horizontal Kip bar adjust 3ft-5ft every 6 inch and is 4ft wide and 4ft long. It has the standard 1.5" solid wooden bar which is good for 120lbs. I suggest purchasing at least a 6ft long bar for levels 3+ and if the weight is close to the limit.
