Extremely long handle. Good weight, sturdy. Didn’t stain easily.

We use this in our kitchen for scraping down cold prep tables and pulling frozen product off sheet pans, needed something sturdier then the flimsy plastic scrapers that flex too much to actually get under stuck on ice or frozen batter. Sturdiness has been solid, doesn't bow or flex under real pressure scraping frozen buildup off a cold table, handles the job without feeling like it's about to snap the way thinner scrapers do. Thickness of the blade gives it enough rigidity to actually push through stubborn frozen spots rather then just skating over the top. Scraping performance has genuinely impressed the kitchen staff, gets under ice buildup and stuck on frozen residue cleanly in one or two passes instead of chipping away at it repeatedly. Versatility is a plus too, works for cold prep tasks but also doubles for general scraping duties around the kitchen when needed. Stain resistance has held up well despite constant exposure to sauces and coloring from different ingredients, doesn't hold onto discoloration the way some cheaper plastic tools do after a few uses. Ease of cleaning is straightforward too, rinses off quick and goes through the dishwasher fine between shifts without holding onto odors. For the price, this holds up to commercial kitchen abuse way better then the cheaper scrapers we used to go through every few months, real value for something that gets used daily in a busy kitchen. Only complaint is the handle gets a little slippery when wet hands are gripping it during a fast paced shift. Reliable tool for commercial cold prep work.

The product it self is excellent. Unfortunately, the barcode lable adhesive will not come off, even with acetone. Makes the the handle sticky and unable to be cleaned. Maybe running through the dishwasher a few times will remove the sickness. Very annoying. Otherwise great product.

I use this every week to reach the bottom of my half gallon mason jars. These are sturdy enough to get in the deep recesses of the jar without my have getting dirty. Toss it in the dish washer and do it again the next day. Worth not having dirty hands from digging in the big jars with a small spatula

This is a great spatula. It does an amazing job of leaving not a drop of any batter in the bowl of any baking I do. I love how long it is which was my main reason for ordering this one.

Got this for Rs. 293. Though this is made in China, Rubbermaid is a U.S. company, and I have seen their spatulas being used by many amateur bakers on youtube. About the spatula: It is over 16 inches long, blade size is 2.75x4.5 inches, which gives a large swiping area, useful for folding large cake batters, because we want to fold the batter least number of times to prevent air deflation. The tip is reasonably flexible, but sides are very stiff. Handle and rubber quality is much better than cheap generic colorful spatulas . Remember this spatula is a 'COLD scraper', meaning this is NOT HEATPROOF. If you want their allrounder 'high heat scraper', that is significantly more expensive (Rs 1300+), and that is the model most U.S. consumers buy. If you want the more practical 13 inch cold scraper, that is also more expensive (Rs 500+), so I ended up buying this huge 16 inch scraper. With this spatula, we need a large cake mixing bowl. We may even go diy route and cut the unnecessarily long handle.
