I recently purchased the Royal Therapy pillows, and I’m genuinely impressed. The pillows arrived on time, well-packaged, and exactly as described. The quality is outstanding — supportive, comfortable, and noticeably helpful for neck and shoulder alignment. I’ve slept better since switching to these, and the firmness is just right without feeling stiff. Overall, a great investment in comfort and sleep health.

I have one of these memory-foam neck-support pillows in standard size and I love it. When we bought a king-size bed I thought, oh, hey, I can just get one of these in king size, right? Hah. Turns out, selection on king size pillows is very slim to begin with, let alone memory foam ones, and forget neck support - all you can find is that shredded foam stuff, which is crap for people with neck issus. The one memory foam neck support pillow I did find was just WAY too thick. Did you know you need to shop for pillows based on your height? I didn't, but now I do! It felt like I'd brought a freaking sofa cushion into the bed with me! I had given up for a while and brought my old standard pillow back into the bed, but I couldn't find a way to make the bed with it that didn't look lopsided so I kept looking. FINALLY I found this pillow and... it's perfect! Even at its full thickness, it's not too huge for my height (which is 5' 4" by the way.) I went ahead and took the middle layer out anyway though and wow. It's perfect! Just like my old one, but it fits a king-size pillow case and the bed finally looks decently coordinated. Oh, and my neck doesn't hurt in the morning! Bonus: It seemed a shame to throw out that middle layer of foam, so I rolled it up and put it inside a little neck-roll sofa pillow case whose insides had worn out years ago, and now it's a decorative accent. I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase - I just wish Amazon's search engine had allowed me to find it sooner!

This is a pretty good pillow. I suffer from major neck pain, and found that this pillow was pretty good when sleeping on my side. I initially ordered the normal one, but then re-purchased the thicker version which was better for neck support. My only issue is that this is not good for stomach-sleeping, which I do around 70% of the time.

This pillow is great. It’s wide enough for rolling, and I get the same support in any area. I liked the king so much, I just ordered the 18x12 travel size. It’ll be nice not to worry about what kind of pillow will be wherever I go.

Update#2 2/21/26 Almost 2 years again and the second one is becoming a little too soft for me so I ordered pillow # 3.. The pillow is still in excellent condition it just slowly becomes less supportive over time, that's the nature of foam. I haven't developed neck pain with this one yet, I can just tell it's starting to become too soft where it doesn't support my neck as well and I begin to sink into the pillow a little too much. I still recommend this pillow. Update 3/29/24: The pillow lasted just about 2 years to the day before it started breaking down and becoming a little too soft for me, causing neck pain to start again. I bought another one of the exact same make\model and it's perfect again. The wife still thinks it's too firm for her after 2 years, so it's all a matter of personal taste. I still think it's a good deal for 2 years without neck pain. Be aware these pillows are very firm and that's what i was looking for. It's nothing like a traditional firm down alternative pillow which seems to just be considered firm by the addition of more fill. These are dense foam which take a little getting used and you don't sink into it very much but it really helps alleviate neck pain. I had another pillow like this from Sleep# which was much heavier than this one that lasted for about 5 years before becoming too soft for me. I purchased this pillow and it's exactly what i was looking for, firm support that keeps me from waking up with neck pain. My wife thinks it's impossible to sleep on this pillow because it's "too hard" so it may not be for everyone. It's all a matter of preference my Sleep# was getting too soft for me yet my wife considers it too firm also so my advice would be to try to find a foam neck pillow in a store that you can try out first so you know what you are getting. I just hope it lasts as long as my old pillow did.

I bought this to replace the same pillow by this brand because it was getting too soft. The new one is already too soft so the pillow sides actually rise up from the mattress when I put my head on it. Neck aches. I tried adding a folded towel underneath but not comfortable. I guess I have to go hunting vs. online shopping.

I have now used this pillow for about a month. You have 100 days to return it if not satisfied, therefore, I saved the box and shipping materials. This morning I threw those items in the trash. The pillow took a little time to get use to it. I have had some neck and shoulder pain for the past couple of years. After using the pillow for a week to ten days, all of my soreness in those areas is now gone. I sleep on by back 90% of the time and I use the lower of the two sides of the pillow. One side is about 4" tall and the other is 5". You can take the middle of the pillow out and try it, which I did, but after one night I went back to the original. If you sleep on your side, the pillow allows you to keep your nose and mouth out of the pillow without sinking down into it. It is firm but not overly firm. In short, after using "My Pillow" for the past 3-4 years and developing soreness in the neck and shoulder, this pillow has eliminated it. A great investment, not only from the aspect of eliminating the soreness, but it really does give a good night's sleep! 5 Stars all the way!

Excelente calidad, super cómoda

Great pillow. Not cheap, but supports neck very well. I have always used feather, down filled pillows that lose their shape, and don’t support my neck very well. I found myself always waking up during the night, adjusting my pillow, trying to tuck it under my neck for more support. This pillow is very comfortable and supportive. Takes a little getting use to because it’s not puffy like a feather pillow. Does not lose its shape.

Happy with the cotton cover and 3 piece stackable pillow. Different configurations to suit side sleepers and back sleepers is easily achievable with the "click clack" system. Disappointed with the overwhelming chemical smell from the memory foam. 3 separate pieces airing outside for days, smell is yet to dissipate, pillow remains unusable indefinitely.

I’ve always suffered from neck and shoulder pain before discovering Royal Therapy Pillows… I bought my first pillow from you 1 year ago and I’ve never slept on another pillow since. This is my 2nd purchase!
