Can I use this like oatmeal & make hot cereal?

Yes, you can use it like oatmeal but it needs 5 or 10 minutes or more to cook depending on how soft you like it. I think the flavor is even better than oatmeal but the flaked version of kamut isn’t really gooey which I prefer.
