LOVE THIS!! I love the straightener, and it’s so functional! It has three designated heat temperatures for different Hair thicknesses, but you can release that it’s whatever heat you want. Totally recommend, and the CHI brand is always a reliable one

We have several CHI products so when I needed a new flat iron, I immediately looked into the CHI brand.I am very impressed with this flat iron. I have been using it for about a month and when first opened and used, no smell or concern. It heats up very quickly and I really like the placement of the buttons on the interior, reducing inadvertently hitting the options and setting yourself back during your styling.This iron is used by two people in my household. One has thinner hair, but a lot of it. One has very thick hair with a slight natural curl. This flat iron works on both beautifully. And somehow, it adds a gorgeous shine when done.As with all my other CHI products, I would not hesitate to buy another or go to CHI first when looking to get a new hair styling tool. I would recommend this product!

Love mine. Have one for camper & one for home. Fits perfectly in suitcase also. Heats up quickly. New design you have to remember to turn it on though.

Bought for an international trip since it was dual voltage and could ship overnight for a trip. Ended up being way better than expected. Glad I splurged —my hair was shiny, smooth and worked way better than my single voltage cheap straightener I had. This is worth it!!

I have used my old Remington flat iron for 2 years and it died on me. I used my friends CHI on vacation and was impressed by the quality, hers is 5-6 years old. CHI was recommended me to by several friends because of the quality and long lasting use. I love that this flat iron is dual voltage for travel. I ordered the CHI original and CHI G2 To compare, the only difference I noticed is the G2 has an 11 ft cord and the original has a 6.. I prefer the shorter cord. Also the G2 has color coded settings which I don’t believe is necessary- it’s just a selling point. Both flat irons heat up fast and work great however I chose to keep the original because it is a ceramic plate which is less damaging to hair over time. The G2 has titanium infused plates which can be drying and damaging to hair. My one complaint would be that I wish it had a lock feature for storage. I did reorder this on target because it was $50 cheaper… Overall I am happy with the CHI and looking forward to getting a lot of use out of it!

I happen to be a professional hairstylist for over 20 years in the business. I bought this flat iron cause I needed it in a pinch. This Flat iron works great! I highly highly recommend this flat iron. My hair came out beautiful very straight silky, smooth, one stroke.

I absolutely love this flat iron. It glides trough my fine hair with not one snag. It feels like butter sliding trough my hair. My hair felt extremely soft after I was done. My hair was so soft I couldn't stop touching it. I would say ruuuuuunnnn to but this its absolutely amazing! I no lie have 10 flat irons they range from $20 to $250. Not one comes close to this one. We'll except the limited edition Chi Barbie 2 inch flat iron it bought when the Barbie one came out. I love that was just as equally as this one. The Barbie one is fully ceramic though. This was has a mixture of ceramic. I still absolutely love it. And if it ever breaks im definitely buying it again. I have so many flat irons because I've been on the hunt for my holy Grail flat iron. I have finally found it. I'm super satisfied I give it 100+ 🌟 🌟🌟🌟
