I’ve used Calm for a year and then ran out and didn’t replace right away. I like the unflavored powder to mix with warm water and I add a half teaspoon of honey to drink my “Calm tea” before bedtime. I noticed I didn’t sleep well without it but could only find the capsules at Walmart. I tried a bottle of capsules and they were okay, helped me sleep but I think the powder works better. Really helps keep me regular and never gives me the runs.Edit-I’m not sure if I can use this formula with calcium as I seem to be getting stiff joints which only happens when I take calcium. I may have to just go back to the Original Calm without calcium.

Been drinking this for over three years. My leg cramps are gone. I had noticeable tremors that hardly happen anymore. I like the way it smells when I am making it. The flavor is nice too.

I bought this to help with anxiety and bloating in pregnancy and I have noticed a big difference! I only take it 1-2x a week but I have loved having it. The flavor for lemon raspberry is yummy!

It’s calming to me but it had a laxative effect and upset my stomach if I took too much…suggest you start with a small amount.
