These stools were easy to put together and look great. They are sturdy and fit well under my island.

Easy to put together. Beautiful and classy

Overall, the stools are beautiful. They are sturdy and well made. The only reason I knocked down the rating from 5 stars to 4 is because of the drill holes placed in the dowels that support the legs. The shorter dowels are fine. On the longer dowels, the drill holes that the screws go into are off. When you screw in the screws, they are off just enough that it makes another hole in the legs. This makes the long dowels not flush up against the legs. This was on all 3 that I bought. It made it harder to put together, and again, not completely flush with the legs. I have put together a lot of furniture, this wasn't me not knowing what to do or not screwing it in right. The drill holes were noticeablly off and were different than the shorter dowels. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars.

Sturdy and look great in my home.

I ordered 4 of these so my experience is not an anomaly. The white vinyl cushions on these stools look worn. The white color is rubbed off in some areas revealing black vinyl underneath. You have to assemble these yourself, and I consider myself a handyman, yet these stools are slightly uneven and wobbly. Some of the Phillips screws that came with it were so crummy that they didn't fully have the Phillips pattern punched out of the screw heads. I couldn't believe it! Anyway all said and done, when you see a row of these stools from a distance along the bar, they are gorgeous. I'm not going to return them, I'm keeping them even though they feel used like somebody owned them before me.

The crossbars on the bottom are supposed to be secured with screws that go in at an angle. There is NO hole in the leg for the screws to go in to. I had to drill my own holes (very difficult) and when I was screwing in the last screw, the wood split. This product is defective. Impossible to return as the stool is now "put together".

Husband says it was easy to assemble, all the pieces & tools included. Looks fabulous and is comfy to sit on. Would recommend!

I was worried this would be a cheap looking or poor quality chair because of the low price. But it was exactly the style I was looking for, so I took a chance. Glad I did! They are great. I ordered the white, and one of the eight had a stain - like a purple dot on top. I am returning that one. They probably took about 30 min each to put together.

Exactly as pictured. Well made and arrived quickly. We had five of these stools we bought from Sears a year ago and decided after moving into our new home that one more would fit nicely around the island. Sears no longer has it so a search on Amazon was in order. Now we have six stools and it looks great.

Love these stools! They were packaged very well for protection in transport. Very easy to put together. I received them in a timely manner. They are as they appear in the picture. Beautiful

Love these stools! Sturdy, look great and easy to assemble. Perfect for my newly renovated kitchen. Everyone comments on them when seeing the renovations. Had a bit of an issue getting tracking but resolved quickly when I contacted the seller. Would definitely buy again.

Perfect a little darker brown than I expected almost black but blends in well, doesn't always have to be matchy, matchy! Great for the price

these looked lovely however the seats cushions arrived with black marks all over them that do not wipe off.. sent them back
