“Excellent magnesium, very effective”
I loved this supplement. Since I started taking magnesium glycinate, I've noticed a huge improvement in my sleep and energy levels during the day. It helps me relax better at night and wake up feeling more energetic.I've also noticed fewer muscle cramps and more focus on my daily activities. Best magnesium supplements that work
Love these magnesium supplements. They really do help with leg cramps and also have vitamin c in them also which is a big bonus for me. Love how they work for me for my leg cramps and helps me sleep better at night.

Worked for my leg cramps!
A life changer for me! I have now finished a almost half a bottle of DEAL Magnesium Glycinate (200 capsules) with Vitamin C - the Vitamin C aides in absorption. I can't begin to say how much this has helped me. I had/have been suffering ... and I mean suffering ... from leg cramps for over a year. I know that leg cramps are common as you get older (I'm 71). These cramps are in both legs, feet and are from the knee down. They are usually NOT in the calf. The cramps are mostly the side and top of each leg; starting near the little toe. I would usually have a dozen or more every night. I tried everything I could think of: massages, icy hot products, heating pads, compression socks and even epsom salt soaks. Nothing worked - although the epsom salt soaks felt good.Unfortunately, my doctors weren't much help either. Doppler studies were negative. And I don't seem to have the cramps during the day ???. Don't understand why not. I am a registered nurse and have good basic knowledge of anatomy, nutrition and normal electrolyte/vitamin values. I researched the interactions of all these including exercise, stretching, etc. I was not deficient in any of these areas ... diet good, well balanced ... excercise minimal and could be improved but that was not the problem ...stretching ok as I do yoga 2-3 times a week. I know low potassium can lead to muscle issues and that too much is not a good thing (last lab actually had elevated K+ of 5.3). Soooooo ... I really researched magnesium. Seems school of thought is divided: magnesium helps with night-time muscle cramps OR magnesium doesn't do a thing.I reviewed my findings with my primary doctor and, I decided I would be my own test subject. I found out "quickly" that OTC magnesium oxide is NOT the one for me ... it can act as a laxative even in a small dose. That was not my problem. The intestinal problems were awful!!!!! I now had intestinal cramps as well as leg cramps.Off to Amazon I went. I admit I was apprehensive about 750mg of magnesium but the cramps were so awful; painful, frequent and sleep was constantly interrupted. The only way I could get the cramp(s) to stop was to get up and walk around. But, they would start up again shortly after going back to bed.This product has been wonderful! I have been using now for 3 months and within the first few days the frequency of the night-time cramps was drastically reduced. Instead of dozens a night, I was now only having 3-4. And, that has kept improving. I am still not cramp free but I can tolerate 1-2 a night and those didn't last long and would often resolve without getting up. I still have to be careful as if I move my foot the wrong way, I can elicit a cramp.To say that I am happy is an understatement. I have added this to my Subscribe and Save. I will not take the chance of running out!

Improved Sleep and Energy

I started taking this magnesium to help me regulate my blood pressure. It works great! Helps me sleep and keeps my blood pressure where I need it to be. They are small capsules that are easy to take and have no scent. The price is great for the quality of this product.
