Q: My model said it had windows 10 but when i enter the bios theres no boot option for it

the machine come with out os, where you can download usb os set up from windows official website, but you do require to have a product key to activate

Q: It says that the laptop have ssd but when i scroll down it says that it has a mechanical drive (which is hdd). what kind of disk does the laptop have?

The laptop has own M.2 SSD and you can put extra hard drive as SSD or HDD to extand the storage.

No these do not have an operating installed at all. They don’t make it clear at all except they finally added some extra writing in the title to state as such. I cancelled my order as soon as I seen it wasn’t going to have an operating system. The price is actually a bit high for what this has.
