This is a great belt. When new, it is very stiff but after a few workouts it starts to form to you. I have owned three of these in the last 20 years. I wore the first one out, the second one is about eight years old and still going strong but I purchased a new one for the gym and will retire the second one to hiking and working In the yard. I have unfortunately had two back surgeries and this belt gives me the support I need to lead a somewhat active lifestyle.One suggestion, drill a small hole at the end of the belt to allow you to temporarily add a rope to so you can lean away from the tied rope to pull the belt tighter. Then remove the rope. Works like a charm.

Way too small, inaccurate sizing on the description. I’m a waist size 34 and large did not fit. Wasted time going to return it. Otherwise a solid and durable belt.
