Not satisfied..... Please don't buy and go for some other options available
This is my honest review after using this product for 1 month..... Sound quality is good but not that great.... Battery backup is also average... You can charge it upto 3 times..... But worst thing is that you cannot use it for calling because person on the other side is not able to hear your voice clearly.... Better to avoid this product as today at this price many other options available.... Disappointed by crossbeats 😒

Very satisfied product.
Very satisfied product. Good quality sound and very smooth. Overall have great experience with the buds. Highly recommended product to buy.

Don't buy
If you wanna burn your cash.... Buy them.. I had brought the product and from the beginning the microphone wasn't working. After 2 months one of the buds didn't work at all.. I send the product for them to check. I was baffled when they said that the microphone doesn't cover in warranty and the replacement of it will cost 2k. This is as much as the product itself. They claim to have 'cleaned' the mesh for the sound issues and charged me 300 for cleaning. I don't understand what gets covered in the warranty. If you don't mind spending as much as the product for repairs within 3 months of purchase.... You can buy 'em..

Baby pink crossbeat urban 2020 review
I like the product so far.. Very helpful while driving. Love the cute baby pink colour. Really good product.I would be better if the box has some cuter outer silicone casing as accessories. Over all good

Loved them
Loved the packaging. Sound quality is also decent. Noise reduction is also decent. They are easy to use and light in weight as well. They do not fall off easily from your ears.Overall worth the price.

Good sound but worst bluetooth connection
It is absolutely irritating when you have to reboot the earphones after every song because their bluetooth is pathetic. Sound and build quality are a big plus but there is no bass as many have mentioned.
