WS 1524 Pirate Ship Wheel with 12 Inch Diameter for Swing Sets, Play Sets & Playhouses, Green

I read the reviews prior to purchasing and was a bit worried when many of them commented on how small the wheel was. Upon receiving the item, it is not large by any means but I feel as if it is the perfect size. We have 2 year old twin boys who absolutely love it. We installed this on the fort part of their swing set and they love to pretend they are pirates on their ship. Item was very easy to install and is can be installed in just minutes! The overall quality is great and I would purchase again in a heartbeat! Great product at a great price!

This is exactly what I was wanting for a kid's play wheel and my 4 yr old son loves it for pretending he has "Bucky" from Jake and the Neverland Pirates, or it is a race car. Seems to be heavy plastic and made well, so they should hold up to a lot of use on our tree house. Simple hole in a 2 X 4, put the carriage bolt through, spacer washer and nut before snapping on the plastic cap. Took less than 5 minutes and he was playing on it.

My grandsons loved this for their player. Let the adventures begin!

Led to believe this was an 18" wheel via posting... Only 12". Lucky for the retailer that our grandson loved it !!... Otherwise, it would be on it's way back !!... On the upside... It seems quite durable and was quite easy to install !!

Sturdy wheel. Others stated it was small but I didn't think so, neither did my grandson. It makes a great addition to his wooden "Pirate Ship"

Manufactured well, easy to assemble. The bushing inside the wheel moved causing the wheel to wobble. I removed the bolt, bushing, washer and nut. I replaced those parts with a 2 1/2 in long 1/2 in bolt, washer and locking nut, drilled hole, installed wheel, bolt, washer, lock nut. Operates easily, does not wobble.

Just installed this wheel on our existing Swing-N-Slide play set, updating the set for the Grandchildren. Super easy to install. I installed it in upper fort area. This required that I use a wood bore (paddle bit) to drill a hole so that hardware would be long enough to attach wheel. Use 3/4" paddle bit and the carriage bolt fits just fine. Drill 5/16" hole for the carriage bolt, and use 1/2" socket to tighten the nut. I like the yellow cap that hides the nut.

My husband built a fort/pirate ship/tree house for our grandchildren. Grandson age 3. granddaughter age 6. They both love the wheel. We like that it is plastic so it won't rust. Easy to put up.
