Not Your Grandma's Honey - but Delicious!
I'm giving this honey 5 stars because I happen to really like it. It might help you to know, though, that I also drink my coffee black and my scotch neat. This honey is like the blackstrap molasses of honey. It is definitely sweet - just not in the same way that orange blossom honey is sweet. This honey brings dimension, not just sweetness, to the party. I made a killer honey mustard sauce with this and some Dijon for our salmon the other night, and my son loved it so much he suggested I bottle the sauce and sell it!

wow -- perfect honey if you want a kick
The only honey I will eat is avocado honey because it is dark, complex, and strong. This honey is perfect -- not for the faint of heart! Love it.
