Great, so far!
Husband has been taking this product for about 10 days now. Much improved flow and only getting up 1-2 times at night, vs 4-5 times before starting on this. Used to spend lots of time in the bathroom, trying to void. Used to go back 2-3 times in a row, because he hadn't quite finished yet. Used to get sudden urges, needing to go "right away!", rushing to the bathroom. All that is a thing of the past. He's getting much more quality sleep and no more of the listed past issues. I will update if/when things change further.
