Out of all the other glutamine products me and my wife have used, this seems to be the only one to completely dissolve when in a mixed protein drink.

This really helps with your digestion. Been using it for almost a month and I drink it with my water everyday and it’s doing what it needs to do. I definitely notice a difference when I eat anything and how it activates quickly after a meal. Suppresses my appetite at times that I’ve noticed if that helps but it takes away the bloating feeling for sure.
