Fantastic Product
Worked like a charm. Smooth, even, coats that preserve the detail on the figures. I’ve seen complaints about clumping, but I think people aren’t reading the directions. Every time I use it, I shake the can back and forth clockwise/counter clockwise for the full minute suggested and I’ve had zero issues. Will buy again!

Excellent Product
Excellent coverage. Excellent adhesion. Be advised: it does lay the paint on thick if you get too close to the mini. $10 less than the citadel at time of purchase and honestly a better product. More satin than flat, I would say but still a deep rich black. I like the satin because it picks up highlights more, but if you're looking for a super flat flat, this is not the one.

Noob Friendly with Professional Results, Really
I feared I'd spray my N scale models with blotches or whatever. That never happened, what happened were easy passes that resulted in a solid coat of primer without clogging any brick detailingPros:- Very user friendly, even if you rarely ever use spraypaint (like me)- Relatively affordable- Excellent professional quality (even my cheap acrylics adhere to it just fine)- Sprays cleanly without feeling like you have to press down too hard (if you're doing short bursts on small objects, this matters a lot)Cons:- I really wish they'd add a rotating nozzle like newer spraycans have so we can decide how it sprays outUsage:- N Scale Train layouts using Resin prints, with ultra fine detailing - it does great

good could be better but works well then used properly
works well for priming miniature but if instructions are not followed properly it can create splotches and texture there were no leaks the color is a good white it is easy to apply to clean models and it looks fantastic when smoothly applied make sure prep everything as to get the best result and the paint is not easily removed from models

Warhammer figures
Used this primer on my sons Warhammer figures, worked out well. Good coverage.

Black dust
Sometimes it leaves a dusty film on my minis. Might be user error.

Absolutely GARBAGE!
Using the brand-new can of this primer, I initially sprayed the underside of the pictured vehicle. The paint dried glossy instead of the anticipated flat. I then went to spray the topside of the vehicle. When I pulled the can's cap off the spray-head/nozzle came off with it! I tried several times to put the spray-head back into the paint port of the can, but it just wouldn't go back in, which led me to suspect that it didn't just pull out - it BROKE OFF!! On my final attempt to replace the spray-head, it flew off out of my grasp and the can started unconsolably spraying paint straight upwards out of the can's paint port. It continued spraying until the entire contents of the can were gone.Time to consider another brand of spray primer for miniatures!!!

Exceptional Customer Service!
I purchased and received a can of primer that had a defective nozzle, and Amazon was unable to provide a return or exchange. I reached out to The Army Painter support team directly and received a prompt response from Iben. They handled the situation professionally, explained their quality control process, and verified my information quickly. I received a replacement can within a week. It is clear this company stands by its products and values its customers. Their direct support far exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend them for both their paints and their commitment to service. I have been painting miniatures for over 30 years and i FULLY ENDORSE THIS BRAND!! This Mat White Primer is GORGEOUS! I'm doing an all black and white set for D&D so the primer is essential for this project and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. The Arm Painter has made me a loyal customer for life!

Top - Grundierung

Goid Primer
I bought The Army Painter Color Primer in White to prep a black metal piece, and the results are fantastic. The coverage is impressive—it managed to mask the original black surface perfectly. What I loved most was how quickly it dried; it was touch-dry in just a few minutes, which really sped up my project. The finish is smooth and creates the perfect base for the final coat of paint. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a professional-grade primer
