Remington Pro Hair Setter Hot Rollers, Curlers With Thermaluxe Advanced Thermal Technology

I was concerned when I read some of the reviews because it seemed the rollers were difficult to remove from the base. I ordered them anyway but was quickly able to figure out an easier way to remove the rollers. (Hold the roller by the clip and push slightly towards the middle of the base before lifting.) The rollers are so easy to use because they are soft and the clips are large enough to be secure. The curl is excellent and lasted much longer than they have with other heated rollers in the past. I recommend them!

Perfect set of hot rollers. Very fast heating. Actually gets hot (unlike Conair set I returned). Love the space saving vertical platform. Love the quality and quantity of rollers! This set is perfect! My hair looks great now!

The curl very well and it retains the curl. The only thing a bit frustrating is that they are difficult to remove from the holder. They do not slide out easily so sometimes I need two hands, but I’m already holding my separated hair section with one hand so having to let it go to get the curler out is annoying. Otherwise they work very well.

The Remington hot rollers are nice. Very light and comfortable. Easy to use, does not get too hot with Thermal technology.

I purchased this on Amazon as a Christmas gift for my 11 year old Granddaughter in November. She opened the box to find the lid is cracked and hinge is broken. She heated them to discover the curlers have an awful odor as well. Since it was beyond the 30 day Amazon return, I reached out to Remington’s Customer Service via phone and finally got through after 4 long attempts. They advised me to send the original receipt and photo’s of the damage to a specific email of which I did. They said I would hear a response within 24 hours. That was a week ago. I reached back out via email again, but to no avail. I called Customer Service and was on hold for over 30 minutes. Thirty! I just hung up which is probably what they wanted. I’m not seeking a refund, but a replacement as my Granddaughter was so looking forward to experimenting with rollers. Buyer beware of Remington’s policies.

I've had a larger set for a number of years which needed to be replaced. I wanted to reduce the counter space it took up and went with this instead. It heats up quickly and I am quite happy with the resulting curls. My disappointment is that the curlers are difficult to remove from the holder. They don't slide in or out easily requiring two hands. Wish I'd read the reviews first. I'm going to go ahead and keep the for the time being as I already got rid of my other set but I will probably go back to what I had before for daily use and only use this for traveling.

These are the best rollers. I have many brands, but I always go back to these because they heat fast, give nice curls, and the curls last a few days.

I have very thin hair due to aging. I have used regular set rollers, hot irons and still I can’t get the outcome I was looking for. I just bought these. They came overnight and I tried them this morning. They are awesome.They get hot quickly, so I read a review where someone turned them off after two minutes of heating them up and not worked too well for me.The other thing I figured out is, if you put the clip all the way down on the roller before you put it back on its heating rod it will slip in there easily. I did not have problems with them going back on the heating rod that way.I wish I had bought these sooner. This is going to help me tremendously getting ready in the morning for work and fumbling with curling irons and blow dryers.
