Would this product work on Bates Tactical Sport Boots that are full grain leather?

It's made for like hiking boots, but it worked on my cowboy boots and my leather dress shoes. If the leather is very light, ie my cowboy boots, it will make the leather darker. But it should work, follow the directions, I also found that in the case of any stitching on the shoe will have some residue left on it, just use a hair dryer for a few seconds and it'll melt the residue so you can't see it.
