It has it’s downside but worked out
This eventually worked out. It fix in the hole that was previously cut into the hardwood. It was impossible to find the junction box from the instructions but I was able to cut metal brackets for a standard metal box to make it work. The color is lighter but it’s fine. We have a tool near by to open it because the pins are very tight. And I just realized, while taking photos for this review, that the head of one of the screws broke off. So that’s unfortunate. I’m going to stick with 4 stars because it was a good price and there’s nothing else that would have been as easily retrofitted and round.

Not dark brown like picture
The color in picture is not accurate to the product. It appears to be dark brown, but ins not. It is way lighter brown.
