I have been using this stuff for years and I can definitely say for my own personal experience. It works great for me, but this is kind of like staying healthy. You can’t just get this and expect it to fix all of your problems like you just can’t go to the gym and everything’s gonna be fine Do you need the follow the instructions on the box. Make sure you do it as many times as they say in a day and then if you’re actively standing your teeth, whether it be smoking or drinking harsh liquids with high acidity, make the change for your teeth. You only get one set and then it starts getting expensive. So start playing defense before you start having to pay for the offense.

The first picture is after the first use and the second picture is after 5 days of using it every other day. I noticed after the 2nd use that my gums were a little white and definitely irritated, it felt as if they had been cut so i decided to use it morning and night every other day. That was still too much for my teeth as you can see in between my front 2 teeth in the second picture and they are now even more sensitive. I'm going to continue using it, but only once every other day because of how irritated and sensitive my gums are. So this product definitely works as I have noticed my teeth are a little whiter, but it is definitely not the optimal product for sensitive teeth and it causes some gum discoloration.

Makes my teeth clean and pearly white. We get compliments on our teeth and people ask where do we go to get our teeth whitened.
