These folks know their coffee. This was my first use of this blend. I normally drink their dark blend, and I wanted to try the medium house blend. My coffee maker quit two days ago and I've been doing pour-over until the new maker arrives. Considering I'm not great with it, it tasted fine. I used to grind my own. I now buy their ground coffee as I've grown lazy in my old age. Perfectly ground. Great coffee.

I brewed this using a Moka pot, and it extracted nicely with a rich, full flavor.It has a balanced medium body with a subtle, pleasant aroma. A great everyday coffee that’s easy to enjoy without being too heavy ♥️

Tasted acidic to me. I didn't care for it. Maybe I got a bad bag but even with coffee creamer it was better. Or maybe that's what draws people to it because it's different.
