KT Tape, PRO Synthetic Elastic Kinesiology Athletic Tape, 150 Count, 10” Precut Strips

I can’t say enough good things about this product. I’m very athletic and 62. I am practically taped together. This stuff is so supportive and helps you to not hyperextend or overdo it. So you can play almost full strength when you’ve got a MILD injury and get back out there faster. I use it mostly for plantar fasciitis, shoulder and elbow issues (tennis and golfer’s elbow), and Achilles tenderness. Look up the YouTube video for your specific injury and it tells you exactly how to apply. Be sure to rub down your skin with a little rubbing alcohol first to remove your natural body oils and it will stay on for five days. Be sure to warm it up with a little friction, as instructed, to cure the adhesive for longer lasting wear. You can shower in it And it almost feels like you’ve got a nice ice pack on it when it’s drying from the shower. I even use it on my quads for skiing aggressively. (Or after! haha) If you are old enough to have thin skin, though, this is NOT for you. Try a smaller roll and not the “pro”. I will also add that Nike has been fantastic with supporting tournaments and fundraising by donating product. Solid company. I had tried other, less expensive tapes, and they don’t compare. They either don’t stick well, are flimsy and offer less support, or leave adhesive all over you, which becomes a nightmare of having to scrub with nail polish or goo gone.

I compete in triathlons and I will always give KT Tape 5 stars as it is the only thing that allows me to train and race at the intensity I need. (Before using KT Tape, hamstring strains and other injuries were common). I currently apply KT Tape to both my hamstrings and my left Achilles, so I was looking for a more economical solution. I had some concerns because KT Tape does become less adhesive and can cause more irritation (itchiness) as it ages. (I have encountered this when buying the product from CVS or on clearance). I purchased a Jumbo 150 roll from VirVentures, and it has been close to perfect. The strips last on my hamstrings for about a week, and any irritation has been minimal. I can't vouch for every Jumbo roll from every seller, but my experience has been great. I will buy another Jumbo roll once I make my way through this one. As a tip, applying KT Tape too tightly can increase irritation. It also helps to remove the tape while showering instead of when the skin is dry.

Excellent non-medication pain relief therapy. Easy to use. Have found relief within 30 minutes of application if not close to immediately. Covers a wide range of pain issues. Great instructional videos online for many types of pain/injury. Written and video instructions can be found at their website at www.kttape.com/instructions the page is then broken down by injury area. Videos are short, clear and easy to follow. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is its unreliability in water. I have tried many of the application assistance suggestions I have been given for ensuring a secure adhesion. It does not seem to stay on well once you have been in the water, even with all the precautions. I will say however, that customer service is great. If I have a question, I can call up and they answer right away. One time I had an off batch, and they took down lot information so they could look into the problem and replaced my product with absolutely no hassles. I know there are many other kinesiology tapes out there, but for me, KT Tape is tops!

Great kinetic bands. Sometimes I need to feel the knees “secured” and I use two on each. The physiotherapist once used some similar bands and it felt so good I had to find something to have in case I’d need some support again. Be aware tension and way of apply them should be applied by a professional first to avoid unwanted results. I had tried another style that I had to cut and these ones just make all the difference. Being precut, even if I travel I might just take four of them just in case. The whole roll is kind of heavy and probably having the option of buying less quantity would be appreciated. I’m not a professional, I’m a user and lucky enough not to need them all the time. They are fantastic

I've tried numerous brands of kinesiology tape and this one, by far, has the best adhesive. I will say this, if you've lotioned up at any point prior to application, I don't think there's a tape out there that will stick lol. After a good bit o trial and error, I have found that applying to fresh, clean skin and then lotioning up after I get the tape on works best. This one holds up .. I can take a salt bath and it stays on strong - although I actually prefer to change it each day. It does a wonderful job for my patellar tracking syndrome. I wish I had known about this stuff 8 yrs ago when I was first diagnosed with this syndrome - could've saved a ridiculous amount of money from trying various knee braces. Super easy to use once you get the hang of how to apply it. I love the selection of colors too - they just need to add some green, purple and orange and we'll be set to match every outfit! And the cost?! VERY reasonably priced compared to some other brands out there.

This stuff is the way to go! I've tried several brands and this one stays well - at least 4 days for my mom's bone on bone knees - the taping really helps relieve the pain so that she can walk well. She showers just about every day. Don't waste your time on the less expensive stuff - even the less expensive KT. If you want something that stays stuck, this is it. Oh - make sure to use the correct technique. As you lay down the tape, don't stretch the first inch and a half. Stretch it about 25% in the middle, and then again, don't stretch the last inch and a half as you lay the tape down on the skin. Also, if you cut the tape in half, make sure to use scissors to make all of the corners that are now sharp, to be rounded. Otherwise, the sharp corners will start to pull away and you won't get your 4 days or more out of it.

I use this tape all the time! I can last me anywhere from 1 day - 2 weeks (not recommended to leave on for this long). I use a lot of tape to help stabilize me knee from an over tight IT band. and recently my mom has used it to help with her wrists. It has been used in our family for shine splints and back pain. I bought my first roll 1 year ago and I only had to replace it today (1 year later). If I where to go in store and purchase $100 of tape I would get much much less that would not last me 4 months. Yes $100 is a large price. but for the quantity that you get the price is worth it for me. Please keep in mind where the tape is stored. If it kept to "hot" the tape will dry out and not stick. Will not last for a day. I you get a band new package of this tape and it is doing this; return it and ask for a replacement. Keep it simple. I find that if I put the tape on before bed and wear tight leggings (care full to not catch any edges/lifting) this help ensure the tape stays on longer. I toss and turn in my sleep badly which has cause the tape to lift and makes it last less time. You also need to add friction/heat to activate the tape/glue properly. If this is not done the tape will not stick (see instructions). My hands and body are cold. Even if I use the friction the tape usually does not warm up enough to activate the glue. Simple fix, I use my hair drier on low and just run over it while giving it a slight rub. This help make it last longer for me. Also 1 big last thing. Make sure you shave the area the tape is going onto before application!. this will allow the tape to actually stick and last as well not rip any hair out when it is being pulled off. Sorry if I wanted a way job I would go to a salon.

Initialement pour tester le taping, j'avais acquis une bande non prédécoupée mais je me suis orienté au final vers celle-ci. Et en effet, elle est vraiment très pratique et la matière est légèrement différente et je la trouve plus rapide à sécher par exemple. Donc un produit réellement très bien.

I use KT tape fairly frequently, as an ultra runner l often have a few niggles and use KT tape to help with the healing process. I’ve tried loads of different KT tape brands but this is by far the best I’ve tried, like they say you get what you pay for. If you buy it the bulk size it’s really good value for money
