I’m a yoga beginner and find this super handy to learn poses, and I use them every single time I do yoga. They are numbered 1–52 in order of difficulty, and I’ve been able to progress through most of them.The cards are just the right size to hold and refer to while getting into position, and each pose includes instructions and tips. Each reverse features a different zen image, which is a nice touch but I hardly view the reverse, so maybe the space could have been used to display more useful information.The cards are paper and not plastic; I use them with care and expect them to last quite a while.The outer box is lovely and there’s an inner sleeve box, but they’re quite fiddly for storage purposes so I don’t actually store them in there and just leave the deck out in the open for convenience. Perhaps it would be good to have a stand for the deck.

Easy to understand and informative pictures to assist with positioning. Reasonable price. Cards are a good thickness. Thank you

Whilst I like the cards and there content, I was not impressed by the condition they came in. The outside of the box had tap wrapped around it and inside one of the cards were bent as if the cards had been opened and shoved back in without any care.

Really like them and easy to use, size of normal cards (deck of playing cards).

Best yoga cards I found. Actually have instructions on them and joy just imagines. Recommend!

Quite disappointed with these - the pictures and descriptions appear good but they are much too small and the writing is almost impossible to read. As you can see from the pictures when compared to a 'standard' sized yoga card and to a credit sized card, they are tiny . Actual measurement is 9cm X 6cm.

I bought these after reading good reviews but they are so disappointing, the cards are very thin and the print is not very good, the poses are beyond basic with most cards having poses that are literally just laying flat, standing up or bending over, they supposedly go from 1 being easiest and progress in difficulty but they are beyond basic, even if you've never done yoga before at all these would not be helpful
