We use this regularly but it's not the best all purpose spatula. When you need something strong and heat resistant it's excellent. It is not flexible at all so for those type of jobs, flipping eggs, etc., I use a different tool. I hand wash due to the wood handle and I notice that sometimes food is hard to remove from the blade but otherwise I'm very happy with it.

I purchased several Staub kitchen utensils and absolutely love them. They are extremely well made. Although they are covered in silicone they still are sturdy. With so many options out there at far lower prices I was hesitant to pull the trigger on this purchase. I’m so happy I did. I’ll definitely be buying the rest of the the line!

Great spatula and sturdy and made in China. However I wish they had provided a ring to hang this instead of just a hole as the spatula doesn't fil straight on some hooks while hanging

Very nice kitchen utensil. Sturdy, fits the edges of a skillet or bowl perfectly. Highly recommend.
