My cat loves his new bed. He investigated it several times before finally deciding that he likes it. I’m pleased with it and if my other cat starts to show interest in it I’ll get another one.

Ordered this for our cat so he would stop taking our puppy's bed, now we need to order another one because the puppy won't stop taking the cat's bed.

The media could not be loaded.  Ok. I normally don’t do this, but I’m seeing ads for these calming beds for outrageous prices all over social media. Here’s the one on Amazon I got. Ok, I got 2. Why? Because it works. If you have a really anxious pet I’d recommend getting one. For example, my cats hate fireworks and the ones they set off at the ballpark is literally a 100 yards from my place. One hid under the bed this year. The other slept in this bed through the whole thing. I was shocked. Seriously, if you have anxious pet and thinking about one of these, just get this one on Amazon. You won’t be sorry.

This is a beautiful bed, soft and comfortable looking but the center where the cat lays is flat with no cushioning. I have to put a small blanket wrapped several times in the center so my cat can lay on something soft. The outside is fluffy and soft and the center should be the same.

My cat, Peachnuts (named by a 7-year-old), loves this bed! As soon as I put it down, she sniffed it and then got in and curled up. The bed is super soft and fluffs out really well. It is also really well cushioned all over and seems super comfy!

My very spoiled iguana loves having a soft bed on her basking shelf. This one is super soft and has this fur that bounces when you move it. It kind of reminds me of muppet monster fur... I bought this bed because I needed it to be easy to wash in case of accidents (they happen only during her egg time). This says it is machine washable and we washed it before use like the instructions said. It came out fine. She hasn’t had any accidents on it but I’m feeling pretty good about it being washable. Cat owners would probably be pleased...I think most cats would be easier on it. As for warmth, when it’s under her basking lamp, it warms up like a heating pad and holds it for awhile when the lights go off in the evening (the pic I posted was shortly after lights out). She loves the effect so much she doesn’t want to leave, even for basking time on her favorite window sill! She just walks right back when we bring her out! She loves this bed so much, I just ordered a second for backup.I know this readers will likely be looking at this for their cat, but cats and very spoiled iguanas have more in common than you'd think. I suspect your cat would like this bed too. :)

I'd ordered the larger size of the two available because my boy is a bit plump and this thing still somehow dwarfed him, but he was so freaking happy about it. He's usually a little skeptical of beds and tries to pee on them immediately if he doesn't love them, but I took a risk anyway because he's 18 and I'm trying to get him comfortable places to lay near me while I work from home. I put this down and he got in immediately and will not get out of it for anything. He really loves the outer ledge that is created on the bed's rim from the extra padding. It allows him to just hang out and creepily stare at me all day long.

The media could not be loaded.  Our huge cat loves this bed! We used it in our hanging cat bed and also on the floor, he likes to curl up in it. I was amazed how plush and padded it is - it arrived vacuumed sealed and flat and I thought wow, this sucks, until I opened it up and it quadrupled in size! Super soft and fluffy, nice colour, and the cat loves it, couldn’t ask for better for the very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

She has a "regular" bed in the living room but had recently started sleeping on the floor at the foot end of my bed during the night when I was at the computer. She has always seemed like a puppy in a kitty suit ... wanting to walk everywhere with me, be in the same room with me most of the time and even what seems like guard me. So I took the risk on spending so much for this bed in hopes she'd like it for an early 5th Birthday present {she gets more gifts on her day, spoiled as she is, but this was her big present}. I presented it to her in the exact spot that she had taken a liking to in her new bedroom "sleep zone". It immediately passed sniff inspection but she didn't get in it. I lifted her into it and left her be. She got out almost immediately but the 1st time I saw her investigating it on her own, I did the same thing. Set her in, not trying to make her lay down and, again she got out of it almost as fast. In less than 2 days there was total success! She decided she liked it. I heard her purring up a storm when I was in bed and could hear her kneading her new bed like mad. I totally agree that they feel like the bed is actually more like their mother, it's apparent by the kneading. Within that less than 2 days I had witnessed her curled up sleeping very soundly in it. She uses it at least once a day and in the night, having the deepest of sleeps after kneading up a storm. I am SO pleased with this purchase and I can't recommend it highly enough. It's extremely well made, looks great and is worth the price. I have bought cat beds for decades but this is the 1st time I ever came across this kind, what a great find. Make sure you get the correct size though as the inner part where your pet curls up in is much smaller than the actual circumference of the bed.

Firstly, I ordered two of this type of bed from 2 different Amazon manufacturers/brands. This, loves cabin brand was far more superior in quality to the other brand. This bed had more stuffing and actually held its form where the other did not! The cat however is not using the bed.... Either of them. We're hoping that in a few days once the "new" smell fades, the cats will make use of the bed(s)

Terrible quality. Yes it’s soft and fluffy but the material falls off and the puppy eats the fluff making him choke. The form is off so it doesn’t sit right and it came with a huge hole on the bottom exposing the batting inside. Extremely disappointed with this purchase. Should have returned it when I had the chance. Don’t waste your money.

My chihuahua loves it! Don’t know if it’s really “calming” for her, but she seems comfortable! I recommend!*Edit : I put it in the dryer, to low heat as recommended. It kind of looks like a big wool ball now, and its wayyyy less pretty :(Also, the « grip » under the bed has been damaged, and is all over the place. Still usable, but less attractive and a bit messy…!
