Marley Coffee Medium Roast Ground Coffee 227g - Soul Rebel Blend - From The Marley Family - Ideal For V60 Filter Cafetiere Aeropress - Strength 3

I am not a very big coffee drinker and when I have it a home, it's usually the instant stuff. Bought my dad a selection of these Soul Rebel coffees for Christmas - the strong one, this medium one and the lighter one. On a couple of occasions my dad has asked that I buy him a few pouches of this Soul Rebel medium ground coffee because it's the one he preferred, so thought I'd give it a try too. Bought myself a cafetiere and the rest is history, I was very impressed! Upon opening the packet I was hit by a very pleasant aroma - slightly tobacco-like and chocolatey at the same time. After taking my first sip I was surprised that there wasn't any 'afterkick' - the bitter taste that I usually experience after drinking coffee. I made it black with a spoonful of sugar. Tried it with a splash of milk too but I prefer it without.I'll definitely purchase more, think I am done with instant now!

All of Marley coffee is really good, just use the right amount of coffee to water ratio and try them all to find your favourite. I do find without sounding like the steel pan guy that the medium is a medium strong roast or a weak strong roast. Personal favourites bought on repeat are Soul Rebel and Smile Jamaica but they are ALL really good.

Great coffee, very similar to a columbian blend.Obviously a bit more expensive than your usual bag of coffee but nice every now and then a treat!

Very nice coffee stronge blend and nice aroma and has a very smooth yet powerful taste that hits with the wow I'm now awake factor to the mind but not that ugh my gut now feels tender impressions are really good now I shall be using misty mornings so it's good enough to make me try a different blend of this brand

I purchased this coffee just to test it out. The packaging is good - similar to other coffee brands. The flavour is a soft deep dark smoke - essence of a cigar. A pleasent attribute of this coffee is the lack of bitterness found in stronger brands such as Starbucks and Costa. The flavour is deep but not strong. Almost the reminence of flavour you would have after having the last sip of a strong cup of coffee 10 minutes previously. Not a bad cup of coffee, but not great either - thus the 3 star rating.

Pour goûter un café jamaïcain à un prix décent.Il est très bon, équilibré, je pourrais le boire tous les jours, même si j'aime aussi beaucoup le café éthiopien... Je recommande vivement.
