Works well for SmartThings hub, Hue Bridge, and other devices
I used these for multiple devices in my home to eliminate a bunch of power bricks. The barrel connector is 5.5mm x 2.1mm so I bought a adapter kit from amazon (FAMKIT Mintata2019 8-in-1 Universal DC Plugs) which had the different sizes I needed to use on my SmartThings hub, Philips Hue bridge, and Ooma VoIP adapter. Eliminating 3 wall warts and switching over to my PoE switch (which is on a UPS) was well worth the money. I bought the 4 pack and I plan on finding a use for the last one somewhere.Highly recommend.

Great device for non-POE equipment
Purchased these for use with a non-POE camera to expand a home security system and add a few devices to my network without adding power cables and wall warts. They work perfectly with my Netgear Gigabit Ethernet POE switch and are able to provide more amperage than the devices require. My only negative is the inconsistency in the Ethernet jack tab latch. I find I have to tilt the plug while connecting to get it to lock in place. VERY STRONG RECOMMEND!!!!

Great for use with Cisco ATAs
It has always bugged me that Cisco ATAs do not support PoE. I used these in conjunction with Cisco ATA 191 adapters and it cleaned up the cabling, and enabled me to power-cycle remotely. Great solution!

Not made to last
Bought these to run a Philips Hue Bridge off POE from my Unifi Switch 8 POE 60W. Unifi reported a steady 2.35W across the ~3 months I used it. Had my google home turn a couple lights on. It turned one too many on. Asked it to turn the incorrect light off.The bridge was off.Bridge is fine. Power converter is dead.
