Good consistency
This tapioca starch is nice and uniformly powdery throughout. Some, although not supposed to be the pear kind, can clump up, which is super annoying when you're trying to thicken something without getting a gross lump of powder in your food. I really appreciate that.

Loved that the tapioca was fresh and milled super fine! I needed a good tapioca to make boba. Excellent choice and now I throw a handful in everything like , pot sticker skins, fried foods, mochi and bread. Perfect large amount to have on hand!
