Can you grind this in a food processor to get fine grey sea salt?

When I last obtained french sea salt it was somewhat damp and would not go through a grinder so I spread it out on a cookie sheet in a low oven, maybe 200 degrees, and let it dry. After that it worked very well in a salt grinder. This quantity of salt lasted me many years but I'm getting more now.

Does this salt get tested for micro plastic beads that are polluting the oceans?

Can the bag be resealed after opening?

No it isn't, but you can use a clip. As for me I did put it in a closed glas jar. By the way - it is a very good product, exactly the same excellent salt I used to buy when I lived in France.

Is this Celtic sea salt?

No,it comes from France, the Guerande region, north eastern coast. It is hand harvested, unrefined, unwashed, and containes no additives. I really like its flavor, I use it in cooking, and as a bit as finishing salt. Just a tiny bit sprinkled from about 10-12 inches over food.
