TRASH!!! I ordered the first one and it came in and didn’t work at all. They replaced it (it worked once) and I went to use it yesterday and GUESS WHAT?! Doesn’t work. Now it’s too late to return it. I do Keratin Tips about once a month so I don’t use the tool often. I mostly do hand tied extensions. Save your money and don’t purchase this tool!! No way to contact the seller either so that’s excellent;)

I’ve ordered from this Brand before. And they worked amazing at the beginning. But h like to replace my irons every 2-3 months since I do a lot of installs. The last 4 I’ve ordered don’t work. They don’t heat up, whatsoever. They are brand new and I cannot for the life of me get them to melt a very thin bond. Please fix this issue.
