I installed this upper radiator coolant expansion tank hose on my 2011 BMW 328i and it fit perfectly with no issues. Yeah, this is a lower-priced alternative to the BMW part for my dad's 2011 BMW 328i. The original hose was so brittle and broke off easily. This one fit well, no leaks so far, so we're happy with the purchase. I'm not giving it 5 stars because I don't know how long it will last, but so far so good

I was a bit skeptical that this would have fitment issues based on reviews on here, but I ordered it anyway. I received it today and installed it in about 10 min. It fit perfectly. The quality was as good as the OEM hose that it replaced (after 15 years and 233,000 miles....). The center solid portion of the hose was the same length as the original and fit into the clips perfectly. And its less than 1/2 the cost of the standard replacements from Autozone/Advance.

PROS: - Price: BMW parts are notoriously expensive. This seems like a very fair price for a specially shaped and formed part with a specialty connector - Fit: Snapped into all the mounting clips and routed just like the original CONS: - Need: That I needed to replace it at all. But that is not a problem with the replacement hose, but the design of the original (just me venting that I screwed up and broke the part while replacing the valve cover gasket!) RECOMMENDATION: Pick up a small hose clamp to replace the standard over-engineered BMW clamp that connects this part to the radiator. While I am pretty sure I could have reused the BMW clamp after prying it off and reshaping it with needle nose pliers, just get a new one for $0.50 and be sure.

This tube replace my OE tube and fit exactly with no leaks. Great quality replacement.

Perfect fit on my 2011 BMW 128i. Looks like better quality than the original to be honest. I don’t understand why the middle portion is plastic tubing. BMW uses too much plastic crap. Already upgraded the upper plastic coolant fitting to an aluminum one because that’s another known weak point that will leave you stranded.

Another great money saver over the OEM parts from BMW.

Feels well made, perfect fit on my 2011 328xi N52 engine. Con’s: didn’t come with a clamp for the side that connects to the radiator hose. I just bought a $2 small hose clamp from Canadian tire, used the mesh piece from the old hose under the clamp to prevent it cutting into it.

It fit the car perfectly, time will tell if it works well.

Same as the genuine BMW part !
