Yes, it does, but it’s a basic couple of crimp spots on the side of the handles as the picture shows. It’s primary function is wire stripping

Anybody try using this to strip 10 awg wire? if so how did it work? thanks

10 Gage is small wire. So, it should work fine. I've used it to strip 20 amp house wire with no problem. I use the top head not the strippers in the handles. All of these designs seem to work OK.
