I bought this Nestles Cocoa because I absolutely loved baked goods made with Choco Bake liquid chocolate by Nestles. The flavor was outstanding with the Nestles Choco Bake and I used it for candy and all baked goods until they quit making and selling it. I read on my box before throwing it away that it contained cocoa, coconut oil and some preservative. So I just used this Cocoa and mixed it with coconut oil and, like a dream come true, I have baked goods that have the wonderful taste of Choco Bake. I used 1 ounce of cocoa to 1 square of baking chocolate called for in my brownie recipe, then I just mixed enough coconut oil to make it like the Choco Bake consistency. I love the flavor of this cocoa more than any other chocolate.
