Paired with a perfect fine liner brush and a water dropper, this eyeliner rules. It glides on, dries fast, and sets velvety black. It stays put all day.

My first water activated liner so it couldn't be easier to use! I wore it too a party and it survived the night and worked nicely as accent mascara! Applied very nicely to lashes with no issue.The color applies nicely with a brush, no clumps, pills, smears, color rims.

Love this eye liner does not smudge on my lid and the color is beautiful.

If I even think about my eyes watering this stuff wipes off and smudges, I tried using some normal settings spray as the liquid to activate the cake but even that was just barely better than using plain water. I was recommended Ben nye’s final seal (~$17) Like any art medium you need to experiment with it a bit to see how it works and find the perfect liquid to cake ratio.

Goes on smoothly and it’s easy to use, but this stuff is definitely not smudge-proof and forget about wearing it if it’s raining. I love the way it applies, but it’s a waste of money for my needs.

I really like this product! It’s easy to use once you get the hang of it. You need to add water and mix it around until it’s a creamy consistency. Once it’s the right consistency, it glides on so smoothly. But when it starts to dry, it’s nearly impossible to apply. It lasts all day (but does smudge if you get it wet), is very vibrant, and glows under a UV light. I love it and highly recommend!As a side note, though, it’s the same price on the brand’s website, but you get more with it there. My friend bought hers from Suva and told me they sent this with instructions, a UV keychain light, and even gave her a couple free eyeshadows. Obviously I don’t know if they always include the free stuff, but if you don’t need this immediately, you might want to order from there. Amazon sent this in it’s packaging, but didn’t include instructions or a UV light or anything.
