Bad connection in the adapter
The adapter I received has a bad connection in the wiring leaving the U-174 receptacle. It works if held in a certain position, and looses signal if relaxed or not held in just the right way. Poor quality control. Avoid.

A+++ FROM U-174 to GA No problem
I used this to add versatility to my BOSE A20. If I am not flying helos, all I do is attach this adapter and perfectly fit any fixed-wing bird. No loss in fidelity and no interference. Fantastic product at an affordable price. 100% recommend.

Good product !
Product is durable and seems to be able to withstand repetitive use, I use this in an Air Tractor daily and so far it has been great , it’s more of a molded hard rubber, better than that crummy plastic mold injected type. Which is exactly what I was looking for. Would buy again

Make sure you set your frequency on low, and your box on off. Works great, but I'm sure other adapters do too for cheaper prices.

Helicopter to fixed wing adapter
Purchased an ebay headset, needed an adapter, this works just fine. Doesn't seem to add noise and it fits with no loose play. If you make the headset mistake I did, this will help.
