The packaging is a bit awkward and feels rather cheap. For a cream from a brand at this level, I would expect higher-quality packaging. It feels somewhat misshapen and disproportionate. I didn't like it. However, the quality of the product itself is amazing! The soft pastel shade of the cream is very pleasant. It has the consistency of a light fluid, glides smoothly onto the skin, absorbs quickly, and leaves no greasy residue. No irritation whatsoever. The skin looks as if you've just had a professional skincare treatment. Highly recommended!

I have only used three times and I can already see a difference in my skin tone and notice a softness. The consistency is more of a cream than serum but love the results.

So far so good. I had extremely sensitive skin as well and it has not given me any issues. I would definitely do a test patch first. Like on your chin, or your neck

I am eager to try this as a gentler retinol as the RX one I got was too harsh and very unpleasant to use. That said, mine arrived in a sorry state. The box was all smashed up and the tube itself was all flat and dented, like it is not even close to full. It doesn’t seem like it’s ever been opened/used but also it doesn’t seem full. I’m not sure what to think. It’s quite expensive so that’s really disappointing . If I decide to buy again, I likely won’t buy on Amazon as the shipping and handling isn’t good enough.

I like it; it absorbs quickly and has a mild scent, and I noticed a slight improvement in my skin.

Attention, le titre est mensonger. C'est du retinal 1 et non du 10. Il faudrait revoir le titre. Après, pour ceux qui vont lire la description du produit, il est bien marqué pour peau sensible donc du 1. Enfin, j'ai bien reçu mon produit mais sans la boîte du produit, juste un tube qui a pu être ouvert par n'importe qui car sans plastique de protection sur le bouchon. Il n'y a donc pas de date de péremption visible. C'est vraiment moyen.
