Upon opening it laptop did not boot up. It needed to charge a few minutes. Once it started the keyboard did not function and would not respond. Googled the issue and it suggested a hard reset. The hard reset worked perfectly. I was able to move forward with setting up the Chromebook and it’s been working fine since.

The media could not be loaded. i received a lenovo 81er which is the first gen lenovo chromebook not the advertised 81QB0000US which is the second gen i thought i was buying, delivery was delayed multiple times laptop arrived well packaged dead battery with appropriate charger light scuffing on outside when opened the screen had what looked to be cardboard particles all over it the crevice where the screen meets the keyboard had visible gunk on itthere is anunknown white scuff on the plastic face above the keyboard under the keys had dust and debris which makes me question if it was even cleaned at all when first powered on the language was set to french which was a pain in the rear to change to English charged to full battery in an hour and a half when i chose from options i picked the (like new) doesn't quite fell like that had to install 3 updates and restart all three times like i said in the headline this is not the same laptop as advertised the one i received does not have the larger sd card port but instead a micro sd card port it also does not have a hdmi port what i did recive has 2 female usb 3.0 slots a type c charger port a micro sd port a headphone jack and a type c female port the laptop does open flat as advertised but was forsure not the advertised item or cleaned like stated in the product bio. overall a 4/10 on the first day of use used it to type this its not very (like new) if you ask me take the video for what it is

I was hesitant about this Chromebook since I’ve read some reviews and seen photos of people that got the equipment broken but mine arrived in excellent condition. I’m really happy with this purchase.

Satisfied entirely with the chrome book we purchased for my daughter as a Christmas gift! The original chromebook quit working about a week after Christmas; wouldn’t charge or turn on. Contacted the seller a they responded promptly to solve the issue and my daughter was thrilled to receive a brand new replacement delivered 2 days later!!! Definitely recommend

I bought 2 - one for each kid. Both came in cool bubble wrap, the outsides were in good condition. I set it up to their emails and did the updates and all that adulting stuff. Then I sent them on their way. Only for them to come back 10 minutes later complaining that they can’t play their games. So after some googling (I’ve never operated a Chromebook before today) and some clicking around (I am, however, tech savvy) I realized that the computers don’t have the google play store. The games (on chrome) say that they are compatible with the devices.. but download is impossible. Settings were REALLY limited. I’m assuming these were school computers that weren’t completely released before they were resold.And - unfortunately - this issue isn’t noticed until AFTER the computer arrives.I guess, for $60, you get what you pay for. Convenience of price; hassle of possibly more than one return.3 stars for arrival quality. If it functioned normally, it would be well worth the $60.
