Godefroy Eyebrow Color Lightening Crème Single Use Application Kit

Love this product so much! I read a previous reviewer who left it on longer to match her red hair color. My color has more gold so I only increased my developing time to 6 minutes As you can see in photo, my skin is so sensitive I turn red smiling, no reaction at all! It was easy to use and worked seamlessly. I used a facial cleanser that does not leave a residue and make sure that area is 100% dry. I also some vaseline as a barrier, wipe excess off then recleansed and toned area. It looks natural my eyebrow color is 5g. I was not blessed with thick eyebrows so having this darker line look more light and soft was just what I wanted.

Waste of money. I have dark brown to black brows. And it did nothing for them. Did not lighten them up one bit! It did not work for me. the picture is after I left the cream on for 5 whole minutes! When the instructions said don't go past 4 minutes because it will turn to "brassy". Welp. It did nothing!

This is a first-time use review from a skeptic after reading current bad reviews. What is commonly mentioned: Yes, the package is tiny and there's not much in there. But it's for eye brows, so how much do you need? I have thick, coarse, dark brown-black eye brows, I applied it generously and still had some leftover. So, I don't know why the package size would be a problem. After reading that it doesn't really work for a lot within the suggested time frames, I let it sit for 5-7 minutes. Then I wiped it off and my eye brows already turned light brown. I feel like it might be somewhat brassy ... but: a) I'll fill in my eye brows with some pencil anyway, so at least now I can darken it or get it to a desired shade while before they were just too dark. b) I have medium reddish blonde hair and if it's slightly brassy, it actually matches my hair color even better. Haha. I thought it was easy to use, superquick process and the instant result looks good to me. Might be a little overpriced, but oh well ... I'm not the type to spend money at salons and spas and brow places and all, so that's alright. If it doesn't last as long as promised or an issue arises, I'll update this review. So far, I'm happy. And I'm hard to convince when it comes to beauty products. Haha.

Very expensive because of tiny amount, but I feel worth it anyway. It took over 10 minutes but my very dark brown brows did lighten. I took it off around 8 minutes and had enough to reapply for a few more minutes. Some slight burning but no biggie. It did turn brassy but I was trying to make my brows match my new red hair, so a perfect end result for me. Will repeat monthly.

Barely worked.. only dyed a few strands

The product itself is great, it works like a champ on my deep black eyebrows. No orange. But!!!! And here is a message for the seller/Manufacturer: I ordered twice the 2 application kit and received each time the single one. People in the Amazon warehouse cannot/ won’t figure out the difference, which is a problem and leads in returns, customer frustration and bad review. Can you please make two different kind of looking boxes or make a neon sticker with 2 applications!!! Notifications. Lol Thank you

Ok so get this - try it and see what you think. I read the reviews before I purchased this and followed the advice of what customers said after reading the instructions. So I have JET black and thick eye brows. The instructions say to leave it on for 4-5 minutes, but I actually left it on for 12 minutes, then removed and reapplied for another 2 minutes because I was going for lighter where I could shade with a medium brown eye brow pencil --- I do eyebrows and have thinning in the thicker part, so that's why I shade in there --- it just brings it all together. I LOVE this --- and just added this to my makeup cart for future purchases. I am super excited about this product. Glad I found it. I went to a professional shop and they left a lifter on my eyebrows for like 2 minutes and then tried to charge me $40, when I bought this product for $9.99 did a 12 minute, then 2 minute treatment and saw some difference in these JET black eyebrows - I am just so thrilled about it. Take a chance and do this $9.99 investment.

First, I should say that this product is ok. It works well - perhaps not a should as it claims but still does the job. I always buy this brand. My disappointment is the size. I totally overlooked the "single application" in the title. I always buy this in a box with 10 applications!! The price was reasonable too, so when I saw the price ($9), I automatically assumed it was the typical box I always get. I would have never ever paid $9 for a single application! So I give this a two star, because it's my mistake for not noticing it. But I take 3 stars for how freaking expensive it's sold for. This should be priced at no more than $3.

At first I left it on for 3 minutes each and when I washed it off, it looked like nothing had happened. I was convinced it wasn't going to work but tried leaving it on for another 10 ish minutes and suddenly my eyebrows were light brown. My natural eyebrows are somewhat sparse as I have thin hair, but they are naturally dark brown, almost black looking, and now they are light brown which matches my current dyed hair colour. This product works really well, I just had to leave it on a little longer. It's very gentle so shouldn't irritate your skin. Very good product! Thought it wasn't working but in the end it worked really well.

It did nothing! A waste of money. I tried to use this to lighten my black eyebrows. At first I kept it on for 3 minutes, saw no results, and reapplied for another 2. Still nothing. I even applied what was left again for another few minutes but it did not work at all. Perhaps if you have lighter eyebrow hair it may work for you but this did nothing for black hair. The applicator also wasn’t helpful enough to get the product onto my eyebrows. Don’t know why I bought this.

Usually bleach my brows (from dark blonde to completely white) with normal hair bleach but this is a much better option! More sensitive on the skin but still works well. Not sure how effective they’d be on brows that haven’t already been done with hair bleach
