Excellent flavor easy to drink mix
I'm a watermelon fan. Any drink or drink mix I'm there, gotta try it. There are a few watermelon drink mixes out there that taste like the real thing, and some that don't. For the price and the serving size of this, I had to try it. WOW! Liquid watermelon. That's what it tastes like. Not too sweet, not too strong, just right. Easy to mix (normally use a shaker bottle) and easy to drink. And it's a hydration drink too! The kind I prefer, not like the ones at first sip is all salt. I'm not a salt fan. I don't take an overly salted meal and add salt to it. There's just some drink mixes out there that are loaded with sodium, and some that aren't. But they all claim to hydrate. OK then, I'm going to drink what I like. And I like this Sixstar Ultimate Hydration mix. I use it anytime during the day, during cycling, after cycling, or anytime I need to get more water in. Whenever this mix is on sale I get it. It's one of my new favorites.

Not the highest quality ingredients & flavor is more Cotton Candy than Watermelon
I wanted to see Potassium listed along with Sodium and it isn't there. On the ingredients Asculfame Potassium is a sweetener, just FYI. I tried this product out because of the cheap price, and add half the scoop to a drink container because this stuff's just really sweet. In my opinion, there are way too many sweeteners in the product, which are fillers to keep the price down. Probably wouldn't buy again, but it tastes pleasant.

It works, just super sweet
The flavor is decent, but it's almost too sweet to be refreshing. I mix a scoop into 16oz of water, then add some lime juice, and that balances it out. Seems to work great for hydration. Quixk recovery after a tough workout, and I've had a few rough mornings where this had me feeling pretty normal after less than an hour.

Probably the best value electrolyte powder out there
I use this as a recovery drink for hard workouts and hangover prevention. Tastes good, but is a little sweet. I’d mix with a little more water than the packaging recommends, and definitely drink with ice. Mixes well and doesn’t leave a strong taste in my shaker bottle. Overall, would recommend over gatorade powder or liquid IV for the value.

Good flavor but very sweet
This product is a good value for the amount of servings you get, has a good solid flavor however it is very sweet! If you have a sweet tooth this should be right up your ally, but if you don’t like sweet drinks I’d stay away from this one.

Holy crap this stuff is sweet
Update: Nope…wish I could return this but too late. I’ve been trying all kinds of things to make this work, even mixing it with my Gzero powder to cut the sweetness and improve the flavor; nothing makes this worth using. It’s just so incredibly over-sweetened that I can’t stand it.Original review: After reading other reviews about how strong this stuff is I decided to try it anyway, thinking I could water it down and get more servings out of it. Well, yes and no. The directions say to mix one scoop with 8 oz water and that is just way too much for me. I went up to 20 oz with one scoop and it's STILL too sweet for me. I'm noticing that the watermelon flavor is diluting faster than the sweetness, making further dilution taste more and more like sweetened water, but still ok. After measuring a stick of Gzero powder (just under a tsp), I ended up using a full teaspoon of this powder in 20 oz of water and it's just about right. I'm still doing some minor tweaking to see if I can get slightly better flavor but that's close enough for now. It's not as good tasting as Gzero but I didn't expect it to be. Maybe in the future Six Star will make this in a citrus flavor, who knows. I'm getting desperate for a good replacement for my old favorite, gzero orange powder in sticks, because it's gotten outrageously expensive. Hopefully this works as a replacement.

That this is a good product, but it has doubled in pricing in a couple is months.
I use this product before, during & after my workouts. I do like that is very sweet but I'm very disappointed that I first tried this product when it was$9.99 & now it has doubled to $ 19.99, that being Said if this product doesn't go back down they'll lose a good reliable customer.
