I bought this book my wife. She adores the restaurant Buttermilk Kitchen. Last weekend my wife made the house pickles, pickled green tomatoes and fried green tomatoes. They were all amazing! Bursts of flavor with subtle niceties that are distinctly Buttermilk Kitchen. Everything was so good my wife ordered two copies to send to her sisters in Maine. We can’t wait to try more amazing dishes from this book!

Engaging cookbook. Great recipes from a talented chef. Her restaurant is one of the most popular places in Atlanta. She makes delicious, healthy food that you dream about. The recipes are accessible and wonderful! Great cookbook for the novice or the experienced chef.

I have been a frequent guest at Buttermilk Kitchen in Atlanta, Ga since the day it opened. You cannot go wrong with anything Chef Suzanne puts on the menu. It brings me so much joy to now have the ability to learn her recipes and cook for my family. The pancakes are a hit with my little boys...and I now constantly have her pimento cheese in my fridge.

This was not a cookbook. I may not be the most experienced cook but I don't need a how to on frying eggs.I expected actually recipes and this book was sadly lacking. I returned it. To those who loved , lucky you.

This cookbook is beautiful & essential to recreating Chef Suzanne amazing dishes. My family and I love Buttermilk Kitchen! We have been loyal customers since the day it opened. I enjoy the challenge of try to recreate her deliciousness! Some of my family's favorites are pancakes, french toast, pimento cheese, and of course the biscuits and fried chicken. I have dined at Buttermilk Kitchen so many times in Atlanta and I have to say that it is the best breakfast restaurant in Atlanta! Chef Suzanne's chicken biscuits are absolutely amazing and now I get to try to make them myself! This is a great cookbook!
