I have been using soy curls for quite some time, and this was my first experience with soy chunks. While I love the curls, I really appreciate the consistency in shape and size of this product. Soy curls are pretty delicate so I usually receive bags that contain different sized curls that include a fair amount of TVP sized bits and dust. Additionally, the Nutrela chunks have a substantial, pleasing texture. Curls are great, but they’re a bit rubbery. I also feel the chunks absorb flavor much better.Super excited to use this product again and explore some new recipes!I recommend both product and seller.
