When I Grow Up: Taylor Swift (Scholastic Reader, Level 3) Paperback – August 25, 2015

I purchased this book for a student writing a biography on Taylor Swift. It is a great, very appropriate, read for a second/third grader. It tells a lot about her life beginning back to when she was a child. It’s a great gift for any young “Swifty!”

My friend and I are huge Taylor fans & for her baby shower she asked for all the guests to bring a book so I was on the hunt for a Taylor Swift book. Although it ends at her 1989 era, it’s still super cute and I bought it more for the idea. I added some extra notes in it to keep it up to date. :) book came on time & yes, it’s used but it’s in good condition. Great for early readers.

Bought the book used and it has writing in it. Priced a little high for a think used reading book. Nice little story but should have been priced lower being used with writing inside.

THIS BOOK HAD A NAME WRITTEN IN IT WHEN IT WAS RECEIVED. THANKFULLY IT WAS IN PENCIL SO I WAS ABLE TO ERASE BUT YOU COULD STILL SEE IT. I DID NOT SEND IT BACK BECAUSE I HAD ALREADY GIVEN TO MY GRANDDAUGHTER FOR A GIFT AND HATED TO TAKE IT AWAY FROM HER.

My 8 year old is a pretty strong reader and this was challenging and kept her interest. Thanks for making such an age appropriate book!

My daughter loved this book she read it over and over again. She is a big fan of Taylor swift so she loved this story line about her.

This was the perfect book, in terms of length, vocab and tone, for my 2nd grader to use for her first biography book report. It outlined Taylor's early years and subsequent rise to fame in a positive and simple yet entertaining manner, and framed her in a relatable way.
