The instructions for recipes were not clear and quite confusing
I really did not like many things about this cookbook. The back jacket says the following categories were included: breakfast recipes, lunches, poultry, fish and seafood, meat, side dishes, vegetables, snacks and appetizers, and desserts. The actual table of contents categories are: vegetables, poultry, pork, beef, seafood, and sweets. There are no categories for breakfast, snacks and appetizers, or side dishes. If I hunted through the book I did find a few scattered here and there. Also some of the instructions are confusing. Terms in the original instruction booklet are air fryer basket, oven rack, and baking pan/drip tray. In this cookbook there is not a consistent use of those terms and some of the recipes say to “pour” items into the oven rack/basket. I’m not sure how someone pours a pork tenderloin. Some recipes appear to direct use of the air fryer basket without the drip pan, which would create a mess on the inside of the oven. The above are just a few examples. I do not recommend this cookbook

A big mistake
I purchased this for my wife as a introductory guide for using her new Cuisinart Oven-Air Fryer. (as pictured on the front page of this cookbook.)The book is filled with horrible typos and mistakes in various recipes that could caused misconceptions, mis-measurements, and ruined food. All of which should have been shaken out by good proofreader, which is something that needs to be done before publishing any book.Luckily, we were able to get a return/refund.

Not sure what others are raving about
This cookbook is NOT written or produced by Cuisinart. It is poorly proofed as there are many typos, has a few repeat recipes, and the layout is amateurish. There is no publishing company so my guess is that this is an individual's collection of recipes. The only reason I am keeping it is that the Cuisinart Air Fryer Toaster Oven is a bit touchy and perhaps there is some experience through these recipes that will generate a better understanding for temperature control.

Love it!!
I really like this cookbook, because it is for the exact Cuisinart air fryer toaster oven that I own and love. The recipes are great and I've tried several of them with great success!! I highly recommend this cookbook if you own the digital Cuisinart air fryer toaster oven. You will love it.

A basic cookbook to get started with Air Fryer
It's ok, I won't use most of the recipes, I just needed something to give me an idea of how long to cook a variety of foods and what temperatures to select. I like the airfryer, and will use it mostly to heat pre-prepared frozen foods and leftovers or cook vegetables. The cookbook is quite handy and has some good-looking recipes.

Disappointed
Just purchased an air fryer so I was mostly looking for cooking times and temps. This book is missing several temps which makes it useless to me. I would recommend finding a times and temp chart if you that’s all you need. I plan on buying one I found that is magnetic for the frig.

not What I expected
Asaide from the typos etc I would like to know at what temperature I’m supposed to air fry something at. For instance the Parmesan breaded zucchini chips. Haven’t gotten very far into the cookbook but not impressed so far.

Not very helpful
I was looking for a practical guide for using my new oven but this was clearly not it. Her recipes are not very accurate temperature wise, she uses lots of vegan ingredients, she uses the same recipes over and over with a slight change in ingredients (how many ways do you need to know how to cook apples?) and overall her recipes were not helpful in learning how to make everyday foods in my new oven. I had much better success by searching on the internet.

Beginners Cuisinart Air Fryer recipes
The recipes are written for the Cuisinart Air Fryer not model specific but when you first start using the fryer you can adapt the recipe to either model ( knobs and digital). As a beginner it would be nice to have all recipes state what position and what pans to use so you don't have to look it up. However after you use your fryer-oven you get to know pretty fast where to place the pans and basket and you can follow the recipes easily. One thing this book pointed out in most recipes was to preheat. This is important if you don't want dry food.
